Sundried Tomato Cashew Brie

This savoury flavour has absolutely everything you can imagine. Packed ith Sundried tomatoes, herbs and garlic, you very well might get addicted to it. As with all of our cheeses, if you want to grate it onto a pizza or casserole, put it in the freezer for 20 minutes before grating, and it will melt perfectly, brown up when broiled and can handle the heat of an 800 degree pizza oven without burning!
